  • Coordinate Project feasibility analysis

Establish the Team

  • Identify all the consultants required for the Project.
  • Make recommendations and assist in the selection process
  • Pre-qualify and select the General Contractor
  • Assist with fee negotiations and contracts.


Manage the Design and Documentation Process

  • Review your goals with the team and establish strategies to meet those goals.
  • Manage the design process to ensure compliance with schedule and budget.
  • Review plans and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage the bidding process with the selected General Contractor.
  • Coordinate the value engineering process
  • Evaluate all bids and make recommendations.
