- Review your goals with the team and establish strategies to meet those goals.
- Manage the design process to ensure compliance with schedule and budget.
- Review plans and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage the bidding process with the selected General Contractor.
- Coordinate the value engineering process
- Evaluate all bids and make recommendations.
