THE CONSTRUCTION & POST CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Oversee the Construction

• Monitor the construction with regular on site meetings.
  
• Assess progress of work for compliance with design and schedule.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the critical path schedule
  
• Coordinate direct Owner vendors with overall construction schedule
  
• Review all costs and manage the change order process
  
• Manage design changes as well as any requests for additional work authorizations.
  
• Manage the punch list process to completion.
   
  

Coordinate the Move and Project Close-out

• Assist with selection of mover and negotiate contract.
  
• Coordinate installation with furniture and IT vendors.
  
• Manage furniture and equipment punch list to completion.
  
• Review all final requests for payment.
  
• Coordinate receipt of all drawings, warranties, and manuals.
  
• Close out all contracts.
