Originally hired to be the Owners representative during the construction of its' new facility, the role of Linda Herman Consulting.quickly expanded to include the coordination for dismantling of the existing facility, coordination of hazmat removal, facilitation of the interior design process, hiring and management of consultants and the Owner’s direct vendors, contract negotiations, and furniture planning and procurement.

At the commencement of construction, there were still many decisions to be made and challenging issues, known and unknown, to be resolved.  Linda Herman Consulting provided solutions, helped the client to understand what they wanted and needed and facilitated a decision-making process for the various stakeholders. We provided a sense of security for the congregation that their concerns were being addressed and they were making the wisest choices.
