A designer at heart and a realist by nature, Linda is adept at balancing all aspects of your project with a pragmatic focus. She is outcome-oriented, able to see the big picture while maintaining focus on all the details in between, without sacrificing quality to expediency or cost.

Ms. Herman's unique background blends design education and training with degrees in psychology and education, enhancing her innate people and project management skills.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco..Prior to establishing Linda Herman Consulting in 2003, her experience included more than 10 years as a senior project manager with prestigious San Francisco design firms. Her areas of expertise include facilities strategic planning/visioning, budget development and control, and management of the design and construction processes.
